For starters...
A while back I saw a thing on Studio 5 that talked about instead of a "to-do" list, do a "ta-da" list at the end of the day to help you feel better about things you're doing when you feel like you're just living day-to-day and not really accomplishing much. Well, after a rough transition week to a new home with a 2 and a half year old and a 7-week old, I have decided this is something I need to do to help me keep finding the positive and stop dwelling on the negative. So...I'm going to try to do 5 a day. Let's see if I can keep it up!!

Janell what a great idea! It is so easy to get wrapped up in the negative, but I love this idea. I just might start one myself! Good luck!
